Press brake with 1000 mm daylight for the chemical sector

Ricom srl is a Sicilian company specializing in the design, construction, and sale of dosing systems (skids) for the chemical sector.

For this client, VICLA created a unique, custom-made press brake: a Superior hybrid model with a 170-ton capacity and a 3100 mm length.

Equipped with 4 axes, Clever adaptive crowning to measure and correct bench deformations in real-time, and pneumatic quick clamping, this machine ensures unparalleled bending precision.

The press brake is distinguished by its significant work area, with a 1000 mm daylight and 400 mm pneumatic intermediates. The back gauge has 4 axes (X-R-Z1-Z2) controlled by CNC. 

At the customer's request, we configured the preparation for front sheet supports.
