The VICLA .FIRST small cnc press brake was designed and built to meet the processing needs of small and medium-sized parts with extreme attention to speed, ergonomics and ease of use.

Ergonomics

The .FIRST press brake has been designed to meet production needs and to improve the operator's well-being through a series of dedicated features and solutions:

  • extractable pedal to allow ease of use while sitting and standing;
  • support benches for greater operator comfort;
  • intermediate and ergonomic support arms for greater operator comfort;
  • flexible working area, with opening up to 250 mm and intermediate up to 330 mm in height

Start and Stop function

The machine consumes energy only at the point of contact with the sheet, when the motors are activated to impart the bending force. The use of the inverter allows other important benefits in addition to energy savings:

  • less maintenance, thanks to the reduction of the oil exchange
  • decrease in heat, to the advantage of greater bending consistency
  • faster work cycles, thanks to the highly efficient motors
